Why Should I Go?
Located in Puli Township of Nantou County, this monument sits upon the geographic centre of Taiwan island, also known as Formosa.
The shape of the rock is similar to the sweet potato shape of Taiwan, and can be found at the intersection of Buwu Road (埔霧公路) PH14 and Zhongshan Road.
The Huzishan (虎子山) lookout point can be accessed by the trail at the side of the monument.
How to Get There?
By Car
From the Puli city area, head east on route PH14 until the intersection of Zhongshan Road. The monument is located on the south side of the intersection.
